El Roqueo comprises a scattering of villas and small-holdings where local people people live and work, thus giving guests a taste of real Andalucían life that one doesn’t find in the more touristy areas of this region. The nearby restaurants are very popular with visitors and locals alike, offering excellent quality and value for money.

With its own large pool set in delightful lawned gardens this villa is as convenient as it is comfortable. Just 400m stroll from El Roqueo beach and a short drive will take you to the sandy coves of Roche, or, to the wide expanses of golden sandy beaches which stretch from nearby Conil, past El Palmar to the famous Cape of Trafalgar where Napoleon’s ambition was thwarted by Nelson’s genius. Historic Jerez and the hilltop towns of Medina Sidonia and Arcos de la Frontera are also within easy driving distance.

• Ground floor, 3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 twins), bathroom with double shower and bath, large salon with Spanish TV & CD player, living-dining room with well equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine in adjacent laundry room.
• Upper floor, master suite with kingsize bed and en suite bathroom, terrace with ocean views.
• Seperate guest bedroom in the garden with en suite shower room, twon beds which can be made into a super kingsize bed.
• Large enclosed garden with barbecue, trampoline and chill out zones
• Pool: 10m x 5m (depth 1.6 – 2m)

Rental rates include all bed linen, bathroom towels and cleaning once a week.
Cots and highchairs can be provided with our compliments.
