This thoughtfully refurbished and stylishly appointed house combines contemporary comforts, quality and charm to create a holiday home of an exceptional standard.

Arranged on two levels - the living-dining room flows through the spacious and well appointed kitchen which opens out to the natural focal point - a large refreshing private pool, in a private walled garden dotted with pretty oleanders. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has an ensuite bathroom and then there is a family bathroom with both bath and a separate shower. Conveniently adjacent to the pool terrace there is a 3rd bathroom on the lower level, accessed externally.

On the upper level the other two bedroms share a bathroom with shower, both bedrooms open on to individual private terraces with wonderful views over the well manicured gardens of Casa Marea and the pine trees of Roche which offer natural shade and protection on hot sunny days.

Casa Marea is just a short stroll from the invigorating Atlantic Ocean and the long sandy beach of Roche which runs for several kilomteres towards Chiclana - in the other direction you will find the delightful coves of Roche, with rockpools galore for the youngers members of the family.

The shops and restaurants of the charming town of Conil are just a 15 minutes drive away; the cobbled whitewashed streets and begging to be explored – slightly further afield are the picture perfect gems of Cádiz, Jerez and Vejer de la Frontera.

• Two-storey house: Upper floor; 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with kingsize bed, 1 twin bedroom with 2 twin single beds which can be made into a superking, family bathroom with shower. Lower floor open-plan living-dining room, modern and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. 1 master bedroom with superking bed and ensuite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with bath and separate shower. Accessed externally is the third shower room with WC on the pool terrace.

Rental rates include all bed linen, bathroom towels and cleaning once a week.
