El Cortijo is equally well placed for exploring the cultural jewels of western Andalucia; Cadiz, the oldest city in Spain; the sherry bodegas of Jerez; enchanting Seville and the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudio at Bolonia whilst closer to home one can sample the many delights of the white-washed, Moorish town of Vejer de la Frontera.
For those wishing to venture further afield and add a dynamic and cultural ingredient to their holiday, you can continue your Moorish journey and set off from nearby Tarifa to Morocco and experience an exotically different way of life!
